1. Raw Material Preparation
Prepare the required raw materials such as polyther polyol, isocyanate, catalyst, plasticizer, stabilizer, etc. according to the formula requirements. Usually these raw materials need to be stored separately and weighed according to actual needs.
2. Raw Material Mixing and Reaction
The main raw materials such as polyether polyol and isocyanate are sent to the reactor to carry out polymerization reaction under controlled temperature and stirring conditions. Polyurethane reaction is a chemical reaction process that requires precise temperature, time and stirring speed to ensure product quality.
3. Add Other Auxiliary Materials
During the polyurethane reaction process, auxiliary materials such as catalysts, plasticizers, stabilizers, etc. are added as needed. The addition of these auxiliary materials can adjust the performance of the product, such as increasing toughness, temperature resistance, UV resistance, etc.
4. High Shear Mixing
Use a high shear mixer to fully mix the reacted materials to ensure that all components in the polyurethane glue are evenly dispersed to avoid impurities or bubbles.
5. Degassing
The mixed glue is sent to the degassing device to remove the bubbles in it to ensure the transparency and good bonding effect of the polyurethane glue.
6. Cooling
The reaction temperature of polyurethane glue is high, and the temperature needs to be gradually reduced through the cooling system to ensure the stable quality of the product.
7. Inspection and Control
During the production process, quality inspections such as viscosity test, solid content test, pH value test, etc. are carried out to ensure that the quality of the polyurethane glue meets the standards.
8. Packaging and Storage
Finally, the finished adhesive is packaged by the packaging system. Different packaging forms include barrels, bags, cans, etc. for transportation and storage.
Reactor is a key equipment in the polyurethane glue production line, used to mix and react polyether polyols and isocyanates and other raw materials. During the reaction process, the temperature, pressure and stirring speed of the reactor need to be precisely controlled to ensure the synthesis and complete reaction of the polyurethane molecular chain.
