Production Line Equipment Configuration

• Reactor:Serves as the core place for reactions, precisely controlling reaction conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the grafted glue synthesis reaction.

Production Process

• Raw material preparation：All kinds of raw materials are prepared according to the technical formula, ensuring the quality and proportion of raw materials are accurate and laying a good foundation for subsequent production links.

• Solvent addition and stirring）：Add butanone, xylene and other solvents to the reaction kettle and stir to make the solvents fully mixed, creating good conditions for the dissolution and reaction of subsequent raw materials.

• Chloroprene rubber addition and heating：Add chloroprene rubber, continue heating and keep high - speed stirring to promote the full dissolution of chloroprene rubber and ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.

• Raw material addition and reaction）：After the rubber is dissolved, add other raw materials to heat up and react. By precisely controlling the reaction conditions, all raw materials are fully reacted to produce grafted glue that meets the requirements.

• Viscosity detection and raw material addition：When the viscosity is detected and the requirements are reached, other raw materials are added to further adjust the performance of the glue to meet the product quality standards
