Design Highlight

1. Moisture-proof process guarantee

• Full nitrogen protection: Nitrogen filling of reactor, storage tank and pipeline (oxygen content <10ppm)
• Raw material pipeline heating: Maintain 50-60℃ to prevent condensation and avoid silane pre-curing.

2. Efficient mixing system

• Butterfly blades and dispersing discs are used for high viscosity filler dispersion (such as calcium carbonate).
• "山"-shaped blade gently mixes silane coupling agent (to prevent local overheating).
• Mirror polished cylinder: Roughness Ra≤0.4μm, reducing wall sticking loss.

3. Intelligent control

• PLC automatic adjustment: Temperature, vacuum degree, speed linkage control.
• Online detection: Viscosity sensor + moisture meter (real-time warning of process abnormalities).
