Production Process of Structural Adhesive Production Line

1. Raw Material Batching

Precisely batch all kinds of raw materials according to the proportion and put them into the mixing tank or mixer.

2. Mixing and Stirring

Use a sigma mixer or triple shaft mixer to mix so that the raw materials are fully integrated to avoid the generation of bubbles.

3. Reaction Process

If it is a reactive structural adhesive (such as polyurethane adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, etc.), it is necessary to heat and pressurize the reaction in the mixer to ensure that the reaction of the colloid is completed.

4. Degassing

Remove bubbles in the mixed structural adhesive through a vacuum system or degassing equipment to ensure the uniformity of the glue.

5. Cooling and Filtration

Cool the mixed structural adhesive to a suitable temperature and filter it to remove any impurities and particles.

6. Packaging

Package the produced structural adhesive into the required form through an automated filling system to ensure good sealing of the packaging

7. Finished Product Inspection

Quality inspection of the packaged structural adhesive to ensure that its bonding performance, durability, etc. meet the standards.

Can the same production line equipments be used to produce different types of structural adhesives?
