Production Process of Pillow Hot Melt Glue

1. Raw Material Feeding

Resin, plasticizer, wax and other raw materials are auomatically fed into the mixing equipment according to the formula.

2. High Temperature Mixing and Heating

In the high temperature reactor, all raw materials are heated to a molten state and mixed evenly.

3. Extrusion and Forming

The molten adhesive is formed into a pillow-shaped adhesive strip through an extruder and a pillow-shaped mold.

4. Cooling and Curing

The extruded adhesive strip is quickly cooled by the cooling system and solidified into a stable solid state.

5. Cutting and Sorting

The cooled hot melt glue strip is cut into pillow-shaped particles of standard size by the cutting system.

6. Packaging

The cut hot melt glue particles are packaged by an automatic packaging machine to complete the finished product packaging.

7. Quality Inspection

During the production process, the quality inspection system will check the various properties of hot melt glue particles in real time to ensure that the product is qualified.
