Production Line Equipment Configuration

1.Raw Material Storage and Transportation Equipment

• Raw material storage tank: Used to store various raw materials such as dibasic acid and diol, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials during production.

2.Esterification Reaction Equipment

3.Heating and Temperature Control Equipment

• Thermal oil furnace: Supplies heat for the esterification reaction with stable heat output, ensuring that the reaction proceeds at the appropriate temperature.

4.Dehydration System

• Condenser: Condenses the water vapor generated during the reaction into liquid water, facilitating its separation.

5.Distillation tower

•  Used for refining the reaction product. It can remove low - molecular - weight by - products to improve the purity of polyester polyol.

6.Cooling System

Production process

• Raw Material Preparation：Input dibasic acid and diol into the reactor in proportion and add catalyst.
• Esterification Reaction：Esterification reaction is carried out under heating and catalyst to generate polyester polyols, and by - products (water) are continuously removed.
• Dehydration and Condensation：The water generated by the reaction is removed through the condenser and water separator to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.
• Determination of Reaction End Point：The reaction is completed by monitoring the acid value and the reaction is stopped.
• Cooling and Refining：The reaction product is cooled by a cooler and refined by a distillation tower if necessary to remove low - molecular - weight by - products.
• Filtration and Storage：Impurities are removed by filters and the product is transported to storage tanks for storage.
